CANCELLATION / WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Our website provides the “online payment” option for the payment of service bills of our company through credit card. ADESCO uses a direct link, which forwards the data that the user fills in, in a secure environment of EUROBANK bank. The data entered by the user / visitor in the original transaction form are kept in the administration of the ADESCO website exclusively for the proof of the transaction.
ADESCO reserves the right to send to the bank information of money transactions and physical or electronic correspondence between the website and the customer, from the moment he requested cancellation of the subscription until the completion of the cancellation of the current subscription, if the bank requests it.
ADESCO provides the right to cancel the subscription by the customer and a corresponding refund, within 14 days from the activation of the subscription. After the expiration of 14 days, the customer has no right to cancel the subscription and / or refund the money he has paid, before the completion of 12 months from its activation.
The minimum mandatory stay in the service is 12 months from its activation. Subscriptions are paid in advance for 12 months after the initial activation of the service, as well as in each annual renewal.
In the cancellation of a subscription, a refund is provided only through a bank account, which will be sent electronically -via e-mail- to the email address email@example.com
The credit / prepaid / debit card interconnection system, connected with Eurobank Ergasias SA, is not linked to a refund due to cancellation.
ADESCO reserves the right to send the service receipt to the user / member’s email address within a reasonable time after confirming payment via any accepted subscription payment method. Failure to send the receipt in time is not a reason for termination / cancellation of the subscription or refund to the member, because it will have already been issued and its non-delivery will be due solely to a delay due to a technical problem.
